Position Summary
Support the Sales team by managing daily operational tasks, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer and sales data. Assists with customer setup, shipment coordination, and billing issue resolution, while collaborating with sales and internal departments.
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by supporting customer needs during the sales cycle. Builds foundational knowledge on sales order process and understands how to solve and escalate customer issues.

Resolution of billing and service issues
- Enter and track sales requests in CRM (Salesforce & Oracle) or other order management systems
- Prepare sales documents (quotes, order forms, confirmations)
- Maintain organized customer records and digital files
- Support onboarding new customer accounts and assist in collecting required documentation
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing timely updates to sales and customers
- Assist in resolving billing or service issues
- Track, follow-up and escalate on unresolved issues
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Assist with managing order holds, alerts, and early release execution
- Support order closure activities to ensure accurate and timely completion
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative experience; exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with customers
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and customer service best practices
