Senior Director, Product Marketing

Description

The Senior Director, Product Marketing leads global B2B product marketing and growth marketing for Light & Wonder’s iGaming business. This role owns how our products and content are positioned, launched, adopted, and scaled across regulated markets worldwide. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Commercial, and Customer, this leader ensures that market insight, customer needs, and commercial objectives directly inform product strategy, go‑to‑market execution, and ongoing growth initiatives. The role oversees a global team of product marketing and growth marketing professionals and partners closely with Product Management, Studio teams, Sales, and Account Management on a daily basis. This is a highly strategic, hands‑on leadership role focused on driving revenue, differentiation, and customer success through world‑class B2B marketing.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in product marketing leadership roles within technology, software, or a related industry.
  • Global Product Marketing experience
  • Proven ability to drive end‑to‑end product marketing strategy, market definition, and go‑to‑market planning.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating insights into strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing high‑performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with senior cross‑functional leaders and influencing without authority.
  • Experience of leading marketing teams at either an iGaming supplier or operator.
  • Knowledge of global iGaming markets (especially US/Canada)
  • Background in managing both people and product responsibility.
  • Experience in organisation with complex product portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
