Senior Product Manager

Description

Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe. This role is based in Silverwater, NSW.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of overall product strategy and planning for the ANZ region
  • Creates & maintain the product strategy (Playbook) for respective markets; to enable long range planning and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate in financial analysis and justification for product selection and definition
  • Conducts marketing analysis to understand the competitor landscape. Research competitor pricing, performance and product lines
  • Drives product roadmap decisions for ANZ as well as market specifications.
  • Communicate product requirements to R&D.
  • Provide oversight through the development cycle, ushering through various Stage Gates.
  • Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects in order to inform management of current status of each project
  • Optimize Products Performance to guarantee our customers the best solution.
  • This role serves as primary liaison between customers, sales and design & development teams.
  • Commercialize product including pre-launch coordination with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Create product go-to-market plans including target markets, pricing, timing, and launch strategies
  • Leads trainings for sales team and employees who manage our products.
  • Works with respective internal departments to aid in forecasting, production, and rollout priorities as well as troubleshoot problems impacting product lines and/or orders
  • Supports creation of product release materials across all Asia Pacific content
  • Provide support to department management, senior management, cross-department peers, Sales, and customers on product information via presentations, product briefs, and other demonstrations.
  • Supports internal reporting requirements for product management department
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience alternatively, 5+ years industry experience—various markets preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Deep knowledge of gaming content
  • Strong awareness of gaming industry trends
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough and accurate
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Systematic and methodical abilities to reach a desired result
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues & customers at all levels
