Affiliate Account Manager (Romanian Speaking)

Description

We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven Affiliate Account Manager to join our growing team in Malta. You will be responsible for growing revenue with existing partners (operators), onboarding new leads, and building strong relationships to maximize performance. This is a sales-oriented role with a strong focus on meeting KPIs and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing operator partners to increase revenue in Romania and other regions.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in Romania and other regions.
Optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Analyze affiliate and campaign data to produce actionable performance reports.
Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing partners.
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and offers.
Provide timely support to partners and resolve any issues efficiently.
Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends and competitive landscape.
Attend industry conference in Malta and abroad.

Requirements

Fluency in Romanian and English is a must.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical and detail-oriented approach to performance monitoring.
Previous experience in affiliate marketing or account management is a plus.
Familiarity with app tracking platforms and reporting tools is an advantage.
