Casino Product Owner
The Casino Product Owner is responsible for driving the development and optimisation of Pinnacle’s casino products, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable player experiences across all platforms. The role will report to the PMBA Manager, whilst working closely with cross-functional teams, including Casino Operations and Development—you’ll translate business goals into actionable product requirements, prioritise initiatives that deliver the most impact, and oversee the full product lifecycle. This role plays a key part in shaping the casino roadmap, ensuring reliability, compliance, and exceptional user experience at every stage. This role also has the potential to support product development in adjacent areas.
- Define and maintain the Casino roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals, player needs, and technical capabilities.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog by creating, organising, and refining user stories, technical tasks, and improvements based on business value and impact.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and deliverables meet quality, stability, and compliance standards.
- Lead product planning, release coordination, and delivery cycles, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and certification requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and manage risks that could impact delivery, performance, or regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology teams to define problems, map processes, and improve workflows through business analysis and service design techniques.
- Serve as the primary link between technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with QA and UX/UI designer to deliver seamless, compliant, and high-quality player experiences.
- Responsible for maintaining the interconnection between the company and third-party providers by escalating and defining any form of interfaces and issues by communicating to both entities to find resolutions.
- Define and track KPIs in collaboration with Business Intelligence, ensuring performance insights drive continuous improvement and data-informed decision-making.
- Drive process improvement and operational excellence across teams by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is considered an asset.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as Product Owner/Manager within the Casino iGaming industry (required).
- Strong understanding of third-party integrations e.g. Casino Aggregator (required).
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence to structure, document and manage requirements (required).
- Hands-on programming experience (in any language) is highly valued (preferred).
- Background in working closely with stakeholders across business, tech, and operations (required).
- Self-driven with a positive and hands-on attitude, with strong interpersonal skills (required).
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail (required).
- Experience working in a multicultural and dynamic environment (required).
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills (required).
