Sports Product Strategy Lead
We are seeking a Sports Product Strategy Lead to define and drive the strategic direction of assigned sports products within Raketech’s portfolio of sports products in our affiliation ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of sports expertise, product strategy, and market growth, with a strong focus on building and evolving products that resonate with sports audiences and perform strongly in the competitive sports betting landscape. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities in the sports betting market, shaping product initiatives around user behaviour and sports trends, and ensuring our sports platforms remain relevant, engaging, and commercially successful. This role requires a deep understanding of sports betting, the affiliate ecosystem, and how sports content and products attract and convert users. Working closely with SEO, content, commercial, and engineering teams, you will lead the strategy behind sports products and initiatives, ensuring they align with user expectations, industry trends, and Raketech’s growth objectives. As Sports Product Strategy Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how Raketech builds and evolves some of its product sports offerings, ensuring our platforms continue to deliver value to both users and partners.
- Define and lead the strategy and vision for assigned Raketech sports products, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and business objectives.
- Identify sports betting trends, user behaviours, and market opportunities to guide product initiatives and growth strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and commercial teams to ensure our sports products effectively attract, engage, and convert sports audiences.
- Work with engineering teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable product improvements and new features.
- Drive initiatives that improve traffic growth, user engagement, and monetisation across sports-focused platforms.
- Use data and performance insights to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.
- Monitor the sports betting ecosystem and competitor landscape, ensuring Raketech remains competitive and innovative.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams involved in sports products, ensuring alignment and execution of key initiatives.
- Translate market opportunities and business priorities into clear product initiatives and development priorities.
- Native Nordic language proficiency.
- Strong experience in sports betting affiliation, with deep knowledge of the sports betting ecosystem.
- Experience working with sports-focused products, platforms, or content in digital environments.
- Strong understanding of sports audiences, user behaviour, and traffic acquisition strategies.
- Experience collaborating with SEO, content, and commercial teams to grow sports platforms.
