- Efficiently execute complex tasks, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to deadlines.
- Oversee the conscientious execution and efficiency of tasks completed by teammates.
- Actively collaborate with regions (each specialist is assigned to their respective region) to understand the region's needs and plan appropriate promotions.
- Develop targeted promotions aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Create individual (public) promotions tailored to specific customer needs.
- Design Onboarding journeys for new customers joining the organization.
- Develop and present analytical reports for promotions, clearly showing the GGR, NGR, Promo Response Rate, Bonus Response Rate, Reactivation Rate, Turnover Indicators, Response Rate, Conversion Rate, Activation Rate, and Deposit Activation Rate for each promotion.
- Implement predictive and analytical planning, ensuring the effectiveness of launched promotions is considered.
- Stay informed about the strategies of key competitors in the sports industry and upcoming major sports events.
- Prepare clear, concise promotional campaign summaries (briefs).
- Perform customer segmentation in accordance with promotion requirements.
- Design and implement both short-term and long-term CRM promotional campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and comparative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Oversee all Sportsbook and Casino products, including Esports, Virtual Sports, Casino and others.
- Leverage CRM system capabilities to automate and optimize promotional campaigns.
- Propose new ideas based on metrics analysis.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a willingness to step in for the team lead if necessary.
- Prepare and conduct training sessions for junior specialists within the department.
- Design and implementation of long-term processes.
- Conduct detailed analytical research based on performance metrics, promotional results, successes, failures, and emerging patterns.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for handling spreadsheets, sorting, and analyzing data (required).
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in CRM tools for managing promotional campaigns, reporting, and automation (required).
- Extensive understanding of sports products and services (required).
- Strong knowledge of market regulations (required).
- Comprehensive mathematical expertise, supporting accurate analysis and reporting (required).
- Skilled in conducting comparative analysis, including A/B testing, to assess campaign effectiveness (required).
- Provide experience-based technical and marketing advice to internal departments regarding the technical feasibility and effectiveness of proposed promotions (required).
- Proficient in using the Back Office (BO) platform for managing player information, verifying bonuses, and creating free bets and spins (required).
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in conducting comparative analysis, such as A/B testing (required).
- Experienced in using JIRA for task management, including opening tasks, changing status, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress (required).
- Competent in utilizing Pandayo Plus for communication with internal partners, staying updated on the organization’s news, and key developments (required).
