Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews & VoC reports to identify experience gaps.
  • Identify friction map across critical steps of the customer journey.
  • Track CX performance indicators.
  • Prepare reports & insights on customer behaviour & experience trends.
Requirements
  • 2 years proven experience in customer experience roles.
  • Strong & solid understanding of customer journeys.
  • Strong Analytical thinking & customer centric mindset.
  • Solid Communication & Problem solving skills.
  • Strong ability to analyse feedback and operational data.
  • Fluency in Greek & a very good level in English.
