Customer Support Agent - Shift Work

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Proves excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Has customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Has good computers skills.
- Proves high attention to details.
- Has the ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers.
- Has experience in customer service or customer facing roles
- Our main mandatory shifts are: 07:00-15:30/ 07:30-16:00/ 15:30-24:00/ 20:30-05:00/ 22:30-07:00 and intermediate shifts: 11:00-19:30/ 12:00-20:30/ 17:00-01:30. You will be required to work all of them on rotation.
