Director of Commercial Partnerships, Gaming
The Gaming Commercial Partnerships team sits at the centre of Super’s gaming growth strategy, shaping how we collaborate with content providers, platform partners, and technology suppliers across global regulated markets. The team ensures we deliver competitive, engaging, and commercially sustainable gaming experiences for millions of customers worldwide. Working closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and regional leadership teams, this function drives strategic partnerships that power innovation, optimise costs, and strengthen our market position as we expand across Europe and Latin America.
- Develop and execute commercial partnership strategy aligned with gaming product and business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities across gaming verticals and markets in collaboration with Product and regional commercial leaders
- Negotiate new supplier agreements and renewals to secure favourable, sustainable commercial terms
- Manage strategic relationships with content providers, platform vendors, and technology partners
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives across pricing models, promotions, and partnership structures
- Lead and mentor commercial managers and analysts, establishing clear goals and performance cadence
- Act as primary external liaison for key suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform commercial decisions
- Track KPIs related to profitability, cost efficiency, and market performance
- Continuously improve commercial processes, tools, and partnership governance
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or procurement within gaming or closely related digital entertainment industries
- Proven track record negotiating high-value commercial agreements and driving measurable revenue growth or cost optimisation
- Strong understanding of gaming products, player behaviour, and market dynamics
- Experience working in regulated markets and complex multi-jurisdiction environments
- Demonstrated people leadership experience (3+ years) with ability to build high-performing teams
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial judgement
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial strategy
- Solid understanding of commercial contracts, legal implications, and partnership governance
