Finance Business Partner
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (G&A) to act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders. In this role, you will support decision-making through high-quality financial insights, planning, and performance analysis. This position goes beyond basic reporting; you will actively shape cost strategy, improve financial visibility, and drive efficiency initiatives across General & Administrative functions. You will partner closely with CxOs and department leaders to ensure effective resource allocation and the achievement of business objectives.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights
- Prepare and review standard reporting for General and Admin expenses
- Translate financial data into meaningful business narratives for non-finance stakeholders
- Support senior team members with cost and budget queries, identifying trends in spending
- Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities and work cross-functionaly to implement them
- Challenge assumptions and influence decisions to drive cost efficiency and value creation
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for G&A functions
- Collaborate with budget owners to build robust, data-driven forecasts
- Perform regular budget vs. actuals analysis, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
- Continuously improve forecast accuracy while identifying financial risks and opportunities
- Improve cost reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes
- Implement best practices to reduce manual effort and increase data integrity
- Leverage tools and technology to improve data accuracy
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting, including scenario analysis
- Support strategic initiatives through deep-dive analysis and financial modeling
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and business cases
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience of working in corporate finance or FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) role, minimum 3 years
- A good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Is proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and has experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Pays high attention to detail and has the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English with exceptional writing capabilities
- Excellent communicator and good team, with ability to build close relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders
