Internal Communications Business Partner Brazil
We are looking for a Junior Internal Communications Business Partner to support our Internal Communications function in Brazil in collaboration with our central, global team. In this role, you will help connect local teams with the broader global organisation, ensuring colleagues stay informed, engaged, and aligned with our strategy and culture. Working closely with the global Internal Communications team, you will help translate business priorities into clear and engaging communication for employees across Brazil while bringing local insights back into the global conversation. This role offers exposure to both local and global initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in communications within a fast-paced international environment.
- Own and manage the Brazil internal newsletter, coordinating content with relevant stakeholders
- Support the development of clear and engaging communications for employees in Brazil
- Ensure alignment between local messaging and global communication priorities
- Support the organisation of the Brazil Town Hall, including: Content development, Event logistics, Pre-event promotion, live communications, and post-event follow-up
- Support internal campaigns such as Responsible Gaming education initiatives
- Contribute to survey development, including: Drafting questions, Supporting analysis of feedback, Translating insights into actionable improvements
- Identify and develop local stories and success cases
- Support narrative and messaging development for internal initiatives
- 1–3 years of experience in communications (ideally internal communications)
- Experience within the gaming or online betting industry is a strong plus
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Humanities, Politics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of how businesses operate, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growing organisation
- Native Portuguese
- Fluent English
- Spanish is considered an advantage
- Strong awareness of Brazilian culture, trends, and pop culture
- Comfortable using Google Workspace tools and internal communications platforms (e.g., Poppulo or similar tools)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt communication style across different levels of stakeholders, both locally and globally
- Proactive and eager to own projects end-to-end, including measurement of results and impact
- Creative, curious, and passionate about driving employee engagement
- Strong listening skills with the ability to translate employee needs into actionable communication initiatives
- Able to bridge local and global content, ensuring colleagues feel connected both to Brazil and to the wider Super organisation
