VIP Account Manager (FR Focus)

- Monitoring and analyzing the database daily and taking appropriate action to maximize its value throughout its lifecycle.
- Creating and overseeing communication strategies.
- Gathering insights by engaging with players and passing valuable information to the relevant team.
- Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Building exceptional relationships with key customers, providing personalized service and tailor-made gaming experiences across all products.
- Acting as the Key Account Champion for Key Accounts, ensuring that contacts and inquiries are prioritized—both individually and across all departments or third parties.
- Collaborating closely with the Responsible Gaming department.
- Has a proven track record in a sales role (e.g., Sales Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Sales Agent, Telephone Sales Agent, etc.) in a B2C environment.
- Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint or has experience with data tools such as Tableau.
- Proves an analytical mindset with experience in segmentation, analysis, or data mining.
- Has excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken). Your portfolio will be mostly French .
- Has a highly customer-focused approach, with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Has the ability to deliver exceptional service and results while meeting tight deadlines.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Demonstrates adaptability to changing priorities and works well in a dynamic environment.
- Is self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
