- Develop and execute market and brand strategies for company game products, covering pre-launch, launch, and long-term phases, accurately matching target user needs.
- Manage marketing execution, including TVCs, influencers, PR, offline events, and OOH advertising. Build a Japanese influencer collaboration matrix and partner with top artists, musicians, illustrators, or voice actors for creative marketing campaigns.
- Propose and implement an ROI data monitoring system for the Japanese market, iterating on strategies in real-time to optimise marketing budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with headquarters and global teams (e.g., Korea, North America) for integrated global creative output, ensuring brand consistency, and lead cross-border campaigns localised for the Japanese market.
- 5+ years of brand management experience in the Japanese gaming/entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of the local KOL ecosystem and a network of top influencers. Experience with major Japanese game companies or overseas IP launches in Japan is preferred.
- Proficient in Japanese social media operations and public opinion management, having led at least 3 successful viral game marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in leveraging influencers for cross-industry collaborations, such as with voice actors, illustrators, or at offline events.
- Deep understanding of Japanese game user demographics and consumption logic.
- Strong resilience and ability to adapt to cross-cultural communication and collaboration with overseas teams.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills.
