It strives to create high quality, high fidelity, highly creative games across a wide variety of genres and multiple platforms.
- Track industry trends in gaming and conduct in-depth analysis on business models, product innovation, and market environments to support executive decision-making.
- Provide strategic recommendations for key game projects or special initiatives, design actionable plans, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive implementation.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis based on game product operations data and business model forecasting, continuously delivering strategic insights to business teams.
- Develop structured research outputs and methodologies for gaming-related topics and help build a talent pipeline for business analysis.
- 3+ years of relevant experience. Background in top-tier consulting, VC, or PE firms is preferred. Deep understanding of cutting-edge trends in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Strong strategic foresight, with the ability to initiate and lead complex analytical and strategic insight projects across departments or business lines.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to drive efficient execution of strategy. Team management experience is a plus.
- Strong structured thinking and clear articulation, with a strong sense of business ownership and the ability to perform under pressure.
