Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.
- Be responsible for key channel growth and partner ecosystem success in the Japan and Korea markets for Tencent Cloud, and deliver the assigned channel sales and/or ecosystem development targets;
- Align strategic direction and sales goals with key channel partners, formulate clear channel growth business plans, and set and drive targets across multiple dimensions including partner enablement, training and certification, policy and incentive alignment, sales opportunity generation, and conversion;
- Work closely with regional channel sales managers, based on division of responsibilities, to maintain and manage strong relationships with channel partners, establish regular communication mechanisms, and execute business reviews, including operational analysis and QBRs, for key channel partners;
- Develop, maintain, and drive the regional channel and ecosystem battle map, and systematically promote the continuous identification and conversion of new partners and new business opportunities in the market;
- Effectively integrate internal company resources to resolve various issues encountered by key channel partners throughout the sales conversion process, while continuously driving the improvement and implementation of the channel system and sales platform.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in channel development, sales, growth operations, or related work within the cloud and ICT industry;
- Deep understanding of the channel ecosystem and operating models in the international, Japan, and Korea cloud computing and ICT markets; solid knowledge of cloud products and solutions; extensive hands-on experience and successful track records across the full channel sales conversion cycle; strong business and numerical sensitivity, with the ability to lead operational analysis and data-driven insights for key channel partners and provide decision-making support;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, good team spirit, strong execution capability, and the ability to work under high pressure;
- Tencent Cloud or other mainstream cloud vendor certifications, as well as proficiency in data analysis and AI tools, will be preferred;
- Willingness to accept frequent cross-border business travel.
