Community Manager

- Manage official community channels, including social media platforms, discord, and community groups.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities such as online events, contests, and campaigns.
- Actively engage with players, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Monitor community sentiment and gather player feedback, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Support marketing, PR, and influencer initiatives by amplifying announcements and campaigns within the community.
- Manage KOC incubation programs, identify and onboard emerging creators and community members on multiple social media platforms.
- Build and lead content moderator teams to enforce community guidelines to ensure safe and respectful interactions.
- Host community surveys and market user research to support cross-functional team campaigns and align with user preferences and relevance.
- At least 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of gaming communities and player behavior in Thailand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience managing social media platforms and community tools.
- Passion for mobile and PC gaming, with live-service experience preferred.
