Content Strategist & Producer
This role involves identifying and recruiting US-based screenwriters, leading business negotiations, and monitoring US social media trends and pop culture shifts to identify high-potential themes. The position requires providing actionable creative briefs and strategic direction for script developments, as well as evaluating script proposals based on commercial viability and brand alignment, offering professional editorial feedback to enhance storytelling quality.
- Identify and recruit US-based screenwriters who align with our content strategy.
- Lead end-to-end business negotiations, including contract terms, IP licensing, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Monitor US social media trends, pop culture shifts, and top-performing streaming content to identify high-potential themes.
- Provide actionable creative briefs and strategic direction for upcoming script developments.
- Evaluate incoming script proposals and pilots based on commercial viability and brand alignment.
- Provide professional editorial feedback and structural critiques to elevate the quality of storytelling.
- Deep understanding of US audience psychology and viewing habits.
- Existing network within the US screenwriting community.
- Solid academic foundation in Film/Media Arts with a comprehensive grasp of full-pipeline production (Film, TV, and Animation).
- Committed to "AI-first" workflows; stays ahead of the curve in leveraging generative AI to streamline production and enhance storytelling.
