Environment Artist Leader
You will be responsible for creating background art for a AAA title under development, playing a crucial role in deeply expressing the game's world view.
- Create 3D models and textures for in-game areas, backgrounds, and objects, achieving realistic textures and details.
- Produce intricate background designs based on concept art, matching the in-game visual style.
- Set up shaders and materials to reproduce in-game textures, gloss, reflections, and more.
- Optimize real-time rendering and performance to maintain gameplay quality.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and Level Designers to realize backgrounds that harmonize with gameplay and story.
- Individuals with practical experience in background art production using Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, etc.
- Individuals with experience in background production using Unreal Engine or Unity, and practical experience in performance optimization.
- Individuals capable of designing and producing 3D backgrounds that match the game's visual style based on concept art.
- Individuals with a basic understanding of shader and material settings, capable of reproducing realistic textures.
- Individuals who value teamwork and possess communication skills to effectively collaborate with Art Directors and Level Designers.
- Experience in background art production for AAA titles is a plus.
