- Research local trends in content, media, and culture to inform brand positioning and support successful market presence.
- Plan and execute promotional initiatives that enhance the player experience and community connection.
- Engage directly with the local gaming community to gather insights and ensure regional authenticity.
- Act as the primary project manager and point of contact for the creative team, organizing workflows to ensure seamless task transitions between Marketing, Operations, Community, and Business Development.
- Collaborate with different teams to deliver impactful, on-brand creative outputs with fast-paced turnarounds.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the smooth, cost-effective execution of marketing plans.
- Serve as a collaborative bridge between internal departments and external partners to maintain alignment on all deliverables.
- 2–4 Years of experience in Marketing or Agency Account Management, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Familiarity with the marketing landscape and a strong connection to the local gaming community.
- Highly organized with a track record of managing multi-stakeholder workflows and creative production timelines.
- A "people person" who thrives on teamwork and understands that collaboration is the foundation of a successful hub.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, startup-like environment, with a flexible and collaborative approach.
- Beyond basic tool proficiency, you possess a proactive mindset for identifying and integrating AI-driven workflows.
- Active gamer with strong understanding of mobile gaming culture, especially battle royale and competitive shooter genres.
