- Collaborate closely with partner studios on the development of their AAA games
- Help define, strengthen, and protect the creative vision, gameplay pillars, and player promise of each project
- Provide creative insight, strategic direction, and actionable feedback to design and leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to strengthen both individual projects and the broader portfolio of partner studio games
- Identify creative risks early, and help teams navigate practical trade-offs
- Contribute hands-on to game design work when needed, supporting teams directly on key challenges or opportunities
- Mentor design leadership and help raise the overall quality bar across partner teams
- Travel regularly to meet and work with teams across Europe, building strong partnerships and identifying where support can have the greatest impact
- 10+ years of experience in game development
- 3+ years in a creative senior leadership role, such as Lead Designer, Creative Director, Game Director, or equivalent
- 2+ shipped AAA PC and Console shooter or action games
- Strong experience on at least one shipped online, multiplayer, or live-service title
- Deep understanding of multiplayer systems design across PvP, PvE, and co-op
- Strong knowledge of game economies and monetization models, including free-to-play, battle passes, and live-service content strategies
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic vision level and hands-on execution level
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership
- Ability to give clear creative direction while balancing player experience, production realities, and business goals
- Ability to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback without becoming overly abstract or theoretical
- Willingness to travel and collaborate directly with partner studios across Europe
