Senior CGI & 3D Art Manager
As a Senior CG Generalist within Level Infinite’s internal creative studio, you will be a cornerstone of our visual storytelling. You will navigate both real-time (UE5) and pre-rendered workflows to create world-class content across a diverse portfolio of titles and genres. Our work is across creative co-development through to high-profile marketing content. This role requires a rare blend of high-level technical execution and "emotional intelligence." You aren't just an artist; you are a mentor and a collaborator who helps define the artistic worldview of our games while maturing the talent within our Singapore-based CGI team. You will be responsible for raising the bar in character rendering, key art, and general asset creation.
- Lead the game CGI and 3D output of the studio
- Create premium quality 3D Artisrty and concepts that execute on the vision of our projects
- Source captivating game visual content using in-game assets and from-scratch models
- Manage the structure, workload and running of CGI projects
- Assemble sequences into cohesive edits
- Utilise Pre-rendered and Realtime workflows to achieve your goals
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving in addressing issues with incomplete game assets
- Team with the ICC leadership across all work and clients
- Keep up to date with creative technologies, AI advances and game-engines
- Build skills in creative storytelling that encompass cinematography, lighting and editing
- Mentor and elevate the 3D skills of the wider team
- Collaborate with the rest of the Executive team to constantly improve and grow the Studio
- +8 years of cinematic or CG work in Games, Film, or high-end Entertainment
- A demonstrable "artistic eye" for detail, cinematics, and high-quality production
- Deep proficiency in UE5 (Sequencer, lighting, animation, and cameras)
- Expertise in 3D Character Art: including modelling, texturing, shading and grooming
- Pipeline Knowledge: such as Maya, Zbrush, Metahuman, Texturing XYZ, and Adobe Substance 3D Painter
- Proven experience in mentoring teams and leading specific project verticals (e.g., environment or character teams)
- Strong creative problem-solving, particularly in addressing technical bottlenecks
- Highly mature, emotionally intelligent, and capable of giving/receiving feedback with professional grace.
- A deep affinity for video games, film, and the creative industries.
