Tencent Cloud Business Development Intern (Japan)
Tencent Cloud International is looking for an Associate Sales Representative (Sales Trainee) to join its rapidly growing cloud business in the Japanese market. This position will provide you with extensive knowledge and skills through a development program designed to drive and accelerate Go-To-Market strategies in target markets and industries. You will also build strong relationships with key partners, create new service opportunities, and significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of existing business opportunities.
- Cooperate with the business team in the Japanese market to formulate and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the cloud technology team to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in market research and analysis to better understand trends and dynamics in the Japanese market.
- Master and maintain the customer relationship management system, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Regularly create sales reports and performance reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, expected to graduate between January 2024 and December 2025.
- Native-level Japanese, business-level or native-level Chinese, and business-level English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT and cloud computing.
- Ability to act proactively and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses)
*Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, based on our company regulations.
*Includes a fixed overtime allowance for 35 hours per month. Any excess will be paid separately.
Working Hours/Holidays:
Working Hours: 09:30 - 18:30
Break Time: 60 minutes
Discretionary work system may apply depending on the position.
Complete two-day weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays.
Paid Leave: In the first year of employment, prorated based on the month of joining. Up to 22 days based on years of service.
New Year's Holiday (December 30 - January 3)
Sick Leave (Paid): 12 days/year (separate from paid leave).
