Tencent Cloud International is looking for Associate Sales Representatives (Sales Trainees) for the Japanese market to be part of its rapidly growing global cloud business. Through a development program, you will gain extensive knowledge and skills to drive Go-To-Market strategies in target markets and industries. You will build trusted relationships with key partners, create new service opportunities, and significantly contribute to the growth and expansion of existing business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Japanese market business team to formulate and execute sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the cloud technology team to ensure client requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in market research and analysis to better understand Japanese market trends and dynamics.
  • Master and maintain the client relationship management system, ensuring information accuracy and timeliness.
  • Regularly prepare sales progress and performance reports.
Requirements
  • University undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Native Japanese speaker, business-level or native Chinese speaker, and conversational English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of IT and cloud computing.
  • Proactive and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Benefits
  • Annual salary: Negotiable (with raises/bonuses).
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, according to company regulations.
  • For general employees, includes fixed overtime pay for 35 hours per month.
  • For management positions, includes fixed overtime pay for 10 hours.
  • Working hours: 09:30 - 18:30, 60-minute break.
  • Flextime available.
  • Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays).
  • Paid leave: Prorated based on the month of entry in the first year, up to 22 days based on years of service.
  • Year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 - January 3).
  • Sick leave (paid): 12 days per year (separate from paid leave).
  • Insurance: Health insurance, employment insurance, workers' compensation insurance, employees' pension insurance, group life insurance (GTL), business accident security comprehensive insurance (GPA), group long-term disability income compensation insurance (GLTD), overseas travel insurance.
  • Allowances: Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 JPY/month), communication allowance (up to 10,000 JPY/month), self-improvement allowance (up to 20,000 JPY/month), meal subsidy of 1,800 JPY/day for working on weekdays, regular health check-up allowance (up to 75,000 JPY once a year).
  • Support systems and other benefits: Free drink corner, gift cards (issued twice a year for Obon and New Year, 20,000 JPY/time), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), condolence and congratulatory money, long-service award/leave.
