Tencent Cloud – Executive Assistant (Graduate / Early-Career Professionals)
Tencent Cloud (CSIG) is seeking a passionate, highly organised, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our global team based in Singapore. As the operational hub of the Singapore office, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business coordination support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to develop in a fast-paced, international environment while gaining exposure to business operations, stakeholder management, and cross-border collaboration.
- Manage complex calendars for Directors and above, coordinating cross-time-zone meetings and ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency
- Arrange international travel logistics including flights, accommodation, visa applications, and itinerary planning
- Act as a central communication liaison for the Singapore office, prioritising and coordinating business and commercial needs across teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow
- Develop strong understanding of team objectives and industry trends to provide effective business support
- Organise and coordinate cross-departmental meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of decisions
- Support client visits and large-scale business events, including venue booking, material preparation, and on-site coordination to ensure seamless delivery
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and local welfare programmes to foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture
- Serve as the point of contact for departmental administrative matters including procurement, asset management, and expense reporting
- Coordinate local resources and materials efficiently to support smooth office operations
- Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors are welcome (required)
- Excellent fluency in both English and Chinese Mandarin (spoken and written) for professional workplace communication globally (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or project coordination roles or fresh graduates with experience in student leadership or organising campus activities (required)
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure (required)
- Detail-oriented, service-driven, and highly responsible with strong professional integrity (required)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration ability (required)
- Proficient in MS Office and common productivity tools; interest or exposure to AI-driven workflow optimisation is highly preferred (preferred)
- Prior internship or work experience in large technology companies, multinational corporations, or government agencies in administrative or secretarial roles (preferred)
