As a marketing coordinator / part-time labber of our Direct Department, you will play a key role in developing and executing exciting email marketing activities. You will be at the heart of our communication strategy, collaborating across Email, Paid, and Organic channels to ensure our messages hit the mark. In our dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to assist with everything from campaign planning to creative content development. Your role is not just about execution; it’s about being proactive and contributing to the overall success of the team’s daily operations, even when things move fast.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, including planning, technical setup, and meticulous quality assurance.
  • Support the development of automation flows and customer journeys to enhance user engagement.
  • Create compelling content and messaging for email communication, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by assisting with organic social media posts and supporting broader initiatives within the Direct Department.
  • Handle diverse ad-hoc and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the team.
Requirements
  • A student currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communication, digital business, or a related field, looking for a student job to supplement your studies with valuable hands-on experience.
  • Structured and detail-oriented (especially regarding proofreading and campaign testing).
  • Thrive in an international and energetic environment where English is our primary language.
