People Partner - UK
You’ll partner closely with managers and employees to provide trusted HR expertise, navigate employee relations, and champion initiatives that elevate the overall employee lifecycle experience. This role is the ultimate mix of tactical execution and foundational building. You will split your time between mastering essential HR administration and actively shaping people initiatives from the ground up. On one hand, you’ll handle day-to-day HR operations - such as supporting organizational changes, maintaining accurate employee records/HRIS systems, and ensuring policy compliance. On the other hand, you will have a direct hand in designing and implementing the scalable documentation, frameworks, and automated processes of our future. Last year, we officially transitioned into a truly global People function, merging fragmented regional frameworks and processes into a unified ecosystem. We are still very much in the thick of this transformation. - Assist with day-to-day HR operations - including organizational changes - to power business success
- Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve or escalate issues, and proactively foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems
- Help facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well-being
- Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization
- 3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused business development roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling organizations (required)
- You possess an extreme sense of ownership - if you see something broken or missing, you jump in and fix it (required)
