  • Serve as a formal mentor and "deal coach" to junior and mid-level Sales Executives, leveling up the team’s consultative selling skills, discovery techniques, and closing ratios.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in the product roadmap, translating high-level merchant requirements and regulatory trends into actionable product innovations.
  • Forge deep alliances with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to streamline the "quote-to-cash" process for bespoke payment integrations.
  • Represent Trustly at industry-leading conferences and executive roundtables, positioning the company as the gold standard in Open Banking and payment disruption.
Requirements

  • Unparalleled executive presence with a deep rolodex of relationships at the CXO level within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to design complex, multi-year commercial agreements that balance merchant ROI with Trustly’s long-term profitability and risk appetite.
  • Highly adept at navigating highly regulated environments and turning "ambiguity" into a structured, repeatable sales process.
  • A master storyteller who can articulate a vision for the future of payments to both highly technical engineers and non-technical financial executives.
Benefits
  • Flexible paid time off & generous PTO accrual plans
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other insurances
  • FSA & HSA plans for medical and dependent care
  • Home office set-up allowance
  • Internet stipend
  • Retirement plan match for 401k and RRSP
