  • P&L Stewardship: Take full ownership of Domain P&Ls and regional OpEx, proactively flagging risks and identifying cost-saving or revenue-generating levers.
  • Visualize Success: Design and maintain sophisticated KPI dashboards that provide real-time, actionable visibility into regional performance.
  • Help build and refine the 'Trustly Playbook' for commercial finance, automating manual reporting to shift the team's focus from data gathering to strategic insight.
  • Collaborate with Group FP&A, Accounting, and Data Analytics teams to enhance data quality, improve internal reporting tools, and automate finance processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
  • Proven track record in the FinTech, Payments, or high-growth Tech sectors.
  • Understanding of P&L management and experience supporting specific business units or geographic regions (US market experience is a major plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills and mastery of financial modeling.
  • Ability to explain a variance or a complex financial model to a non-finance stakeholder in a way that is clear, concise, and compelling.
  • High degree of autonomy and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Benefits
  • Flexible paid time off & generous PTO accrual plans
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other insurances
