Senior Finance Manager
As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be the primary financial lead for three of Trustly’s most critical global domains: US Gaming, WW Pay, and WW Customer Service. This is a high-visibility leadership position that sits at the intersection of commercial growth and operational scale. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Finance, you will lead a team responsible for the financial health, forecasting accuracy, and strategic expansion of your Global business domains. You will move between high-level budgeting with executives and granular performance analysis with domain leads, ensuring that every commercial decision is backed by data-driven financial logic.
- Act as the primary financial advisor to the heads of US Gaming, WW Pay, and WW Customer Service.
- Lead, develop, and empower your team, being responsible for their professional growth and the quality of the team’s financial output.
- Own the financial architecture for WW Customer Service, partnering with operations to balance world-class service levels with unit-cost efficiency and scalable resource planning.
- Take ultimate accountability for the financial health of your domains, identifying macro trends, regional risks, and global opportunities.
- Lead the evaluation of major commercial initiatives, multi-year contracts, and pricing strategies, ensuring every deal aligns with our long-term margin targets.
- Lead the charge in evolving our FP&A tools and data structures to support a multi-billion dollar transaction volume.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, or Commercial Finance within the FinTech, Payments, or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to influence VPs and C-suite stakeholders through data-backed conviction.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with modern BI tools and ERPs and a desire to leverage AI to maximise productivity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
