Senior Product Manager, FIC

Description

Trustly is seeking a results-oriented, metrics-driven product manager to own the roadmap for Trustly’s global network of financial institutions. You will be optimizing and expanding the best-in-class online banking connectivity platform that powers Trustly’s entire payment and data portfolio. You will be reporting to our head of FIC product team, and work with a variety of Trustly products, engineering and business teams, as well as external banking partners.

Responsibilities
  • Own product roadmap and requirements for expanding Trustly’s open banking connectivity and enhancing existing platform coverage.
  • Lead the planning, discovery/scoping, and prioritization of product features to achieve our product vision.
  • Drive enterprise-grade quality of the financial institution connectors through laser focus on key metrics, OKRs, dashboards, and alerts.
  • Own product and business requirements for product initiatives.
  • Drive the end-to-end integrations with banking platform partners and third-party solution providers, including understanding technical discovery, definition, development, testing and migration.
  • Provide product support to engineering in testing and QA.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Banking Relations, Finance, Operations, and other Product teams to identify business opportunities and expand capabilities.
  • Continuously work with Engineering and cross-functional partners to enhance the breadth and depth of bank coverage and data retrieval performance.
Requirements
  • Experience as a product manager within the SaaS, PaaS, or payments industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technology field; Master’s degree a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with API and quality metrics.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive product decisions through data and cost/benefit analysis.
  • Excellent communication at both business and technical levels.
  • Excellent ability to influence and work with cross-functional, cross-border teams in the U.S. and Brazil.
  • Result-oriented leader, self-starter, creative problem solver, with the ability to follow through on projects.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize among different initiatives.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
