The Analyst - People & Culture Systems and Analytics role is pivotal within our organization. Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time workforce metrics such as attrition, headcount, diversity, engagement, and hiring trends.
Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to aid workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Perform trend analysis on employee lifecycle data to identify risk areas and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze external labor market data to benchmark skills and talent availability, supporting succession planning and skills gap analysis.
Provide insights for strategic workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives.
Project manage P&C process automation projects using RPA software, ServiceNow workflows, or similar platforms.
Implement and complete AI-powered chatbots for P&C query resolution and employee self-service, reducing manual intervention.
Collaborate with IT and P&C teams to integrate HCM systems with collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and COEs to convert business requirements into data-driven solutions.
Inspire change management initiatives for the adoption of new HR technologies and processes.
Explore new technologies (AI, ML, RPA) for HR process optimization and recommend guidelines for HR digitization.
Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions for HR transformation.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in HR data analytics, transformation, and digitization projects.
Exposure to AI and advanced analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strict adherence to handling sensitive and confidential employee data.
Ability to work independently under general direction.
