Business Assistant
A Business Assistant is the supportive force behind each of these areas, and we’re currently seeking a self-motivated person with a thorough understanding of business operations to help facilitate and optimize our business processes.
- Work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and facilitate execution;
- Accurately record minutes during meetings, and proactively follow up on action points;
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, and other administrative tasks for upper management;
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned;
- Support internal initiatives and company events;
- Provide limited personal assistance (PA) support, including expense management and related administrative coordination.
- BSc/BA in Office Administration or a related field;
- Proven experience in an administrative role;
- A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-centric attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
