Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Description

We are searching for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to be a driving force behind our global Total Rewards strategy. This specialist will be responsible for the design, implementation, and analysis of our compensation structures, market benchmarking, and benefits programs across multiple international jurisdictions. You will ensure our compensation practices are internally equitable, externally competitive, and fully compliant, helping us attract and retain top talent in high-demand fields across our remote & on-site workforces.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all market benchmarking and salary survey submissions, analyzing data to maintain competitive salary ranges and ensuring pay-for-performance alignment
  • Design, administer, and maintain the global job architecture, salary grades, and compensation matrices to ensure internal equity and consistency across all supported regions
  • Govern and execute the annual merit review, bonus allocation, and equity grant cycles, ensuring smooth communication and accurate system administration
  • Conduct complex cost modeling and financial analysis to assess the impact of compensation programs and proposals on the business budget and overall P&L
  • Manage and optimize the global benefits portfolio (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs), ensuring programs are cost-effective, regionally appropriate, and competitive
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local, state, and international labor laws and tax regulations. Participate in internal and external audits as required
  • Develop clear and concise employee communication materials to enhance understanding of the company’s Total Rewards value proposition
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the compensation module within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency for all C&B processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements in C&B processes to increase automation, accuracy, and scalability across the Total Rewards function
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of dedicated experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards, with significant experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Proven expertise in job evaluation, salary structure design, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas)
  • Strong working knowledge of global regulatory and tax implications related to compensation and benefits
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing C&B functionality within a major HRIS platforms
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Direct experience in the iGaming or highly regulated industry, providing familiarity with compliance challenges beyond standard commercial roles
