AI Support Agent - Czech/Slovak Speaking

Description

We’re looking for AI Support Agents, a sharp tech-savvy communicator to act as the bridge between our AI and our customers. Your goal is to jump into AI chats when a human touch is needed to close a sale, and then use those insights to make the AI even smarter.

Responsibilities
  • Take over high-priority calls when the AI reaches its limit. You’ll be the person who turns a curious visitor into a paying customer.
  • Write and refine the prompts and scripts that the AI uses. If the bot is getting stuck, you’re the one who fixes the logic.
  • English or Czech/Slovak is a MUST.
  • Watch customer interactions to see where people get frustrated or drop off. You’ll use data to suggest fixes that improve the overall experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Analytics to make sure our automated messages stay on-brand and actually drive results.
  • Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00 (2 days off per week).
Requirements
  • You know how to talk to people, handle objections, and guide them toward a purchase.
  • You don’t need to be a coder, but you should be comfortable "tweaking" how an AI thinks and speaks.
  • You enjoy looking at data to figure out why a conversation didn't go as planned.
  • You can switch from "Sales Mode" to "Strategy Mode" without breaking a sweat.
  • The role may require availability for five days per week within 24/7 shift rotation.
Benefits
  • Monthly ( up to 50% of your salary ) and annual bonuses
  • Appreciation gifts (birthday, wedding, newborn, etc.)
  • Up to 25 vacation days
  • 6 undocumented sick leaves
  • Medical insurance
  • Sport card coverage (Multisport)
  • Breakfast & snacks in the office
  • Team events
  • Great office location.
