Internal Communications Specialist

Description

We are looking for an Employer Branding & Internal Communications Expert who will play a key role in strengthening our internal culture, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting the growth of our employer brand. This role combines ownership of internal employer branding initiatives with active involvement in internal communications and new brand development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Own and develop internal employer branding projects aimed at increasing employee engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Manage and evolve the Referral Program , driving participation and optimizing processes.
  • Coordinate initiatives to encourage and manage Glassdoor and other review platform activity , promoting authentic employee feedback.
  • Lead and promote the internal program to gather and implement employee-driven process improvements.
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align employees around company goals and culture.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all internal communication touchpoints.
  • Help measure communication impact and continuously improve how we connect and inform employees.
  • Contribute to brand identity development , storytelling, and positioning to ensure consistent representation across internal and external audiences.
  • Participate in creative campaigns and cross-functional projects that shape the company’s overall employer value proposition (EVP).
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or HR projects.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Creativity and initiative — able to generate and implement new ideas to improve employee experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Russian language is required
