We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for a skilled Lead Flutter Developer. This position is office-based for our office in Warsaw, Poland. We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met
Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture
Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations
Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support
Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs
Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team.

Requirements

Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter - must; Android and/or iOS - nice to have)
Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices
Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart)
At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).
Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles
You care about clean, maintainable code and help others write it too.
