Lead Flutter Developer

We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We are looking for a skilled Lead Flutter Developer. This position is office-based for our office in Warsaw, Poland. We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met
  • Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture
  • Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations
  • Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support
  • Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs
  • Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter - must; Android and/or iOS - nice to have)
  • Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices
  • Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
  • Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart)
  • At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).
  • Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles
  • You care about clean, maintainable code and help others write it too.
