Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and roadmap. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in optimizing, growing, or evolving a key area of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, market trends, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. You will champion your domain internally and externally, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to market from conception to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned domain, ensuring strong alignment with company growth objectives and market opportunities. Set clear priorities and long-term goals for the domain
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs, market trends, and new product opportunities specifically within your domain. Engage regularly with clients and users to validate direction, gather feedback, and ensure product-market fit
  • Manage communications with a diverse set of internal stakeholders (leadership, engineering, operations, finance) and external ones (clients, partners). Collect and validate requirements, ensuring features address real needs. Champion the product internally and externally, acting as a subject matter expert and evangelist for your domain
  • Collaborate deeply with Product Owners to translate ideas and requests into ready-to-execute user stories. Work closely with Product Designers/UX to ensure ideas are user-centered and feasible. Partner with engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and effective go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor product performance, key metrics, and customer feedback for your domain to identify areas for improvement, future enhancements, and drive continuous optimization (e.g., transaction processing, latency, cost, conversion rates, compliance)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on strategic vision and ownership of product domains
  • Proven track record and deep understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps, with a track record of translating complex business concepts into tangible deliverables
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Experience with product management tools
  • Deep domain expertise according to the assigned area (payments, integrations, backoffice, or CX/UX) is a significant advantage
  • Experience with B2B and B2C payment applications is highly desirable
