Program Manager

Description

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. Young, ambitious, and unstoppable, we've already taken Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia by storm. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products. We don’t follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. This is an on-site position based in Lisbon. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates must already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if needed. We are looking for a mature person with a high sense of ownership and good stakeholder management skills, a person who can work autonomously with a minimum level of direction, a person who enjoys contributing to improving the company's efficiency and making a difference. We consider candidates with a background in project/program/team management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, and various leadership roles.

Responsibilities
  • Clearly understand who are your stakeholders for every project and have a list of them;
  • Regularly inform the stakeholders through public communication channels (slack, g-mail) about the project progress, project risks, any significant project changes.
  • Facilitate decision making;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Lead development teams resource planning for your stream;
  • Handle scope changes for the stream;
  • Provide reporting for the stream progress;
  • Lead Quarterly Planning;
  • Gather information about risk escalation and highlight it to the Delivery Manager.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in program or project management;
  • Experience with mobile projects management (applications, platforms, related technologies) and coordination with diverse creative and technical teams;
  • Project control and execution;
  • Change and stakeholder management;
  • Clear communication appropriate for audience level;
  • Conducting effective meetings;
  • Design business processes;
  • Conflict resolution;
  • Strong negotiating skills;
  • Decision-making.
