This position requires deep hands‑on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps automation practices. You’ll work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment where priorities can shift quickly — flexibility, ownership, and problem‑solving under changing conditions are key to success.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, deploy, and manage scalable environments in AWS and Azure within multi‑tenant, multi‑account structures.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps frameworks such as Flux.
  • Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters for security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage components like Istio (service mesh), Kyverno (policy enforcement), Calico (networking and security), and Spegel (image distribution).
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, automated delivery across development and production.
  • Integrate container image lifecycle management and GitOps deployment workflows.
  • Design and maintain traffic routing and service mesh configurations to achieve high availability and low latency.
  • Support load balancing strategies for distributed and multi‑region applications.
  • Own secret management and identity integration using HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
  • Establish secure practices for secret distribution, access control, and auditing.
  • Extend observability coverage with Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics.
  • Ensure reliable backup, restore, and disaster recovery mechanisms for critical systems.
  • Cooperate with other DevOps and system engineers to align workflows and support cross‑functional goals.
  • Stay adaptable — priorities may shift rapidly as new critical initiatives arise.
  • Share best practices, create technical documentation, and mentor teammates in DevOps culture and tools.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (operations, networking, policy, and automation).
  • Expertise in Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (Bash, Python, or Go).
  • Proven experience managing multi‑account or multi‑region AWS environments.
  • Deep understanding of traffic routing, ingress, and service mesh (Istio, Envoy).
  • Strong expertise with HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
  • Familiarity with GitOps principles (Flux, ArgoCD).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment with shifting priorities.
