Senior Motion Designer

Description

We’re seeking a Senior Motion Designer specializing in 2D animation to help lead the visual direction and execution of high-impact video projects. As a senior team member, you’ll work closely with the Motion Graphics Design Lead, contributing your expertise in animation, timing, design, and storytelling to deliver world-class visual content.

Responsibilities
  • Development of high-quality 2D animations for brand and product videos.
  • Collaborate with the lead designer and creative writers on concept ideation and visual storytelling.
  • Ensure artistic consistency and technical excellence across project deliverables.
  • Mentor junior and middle designers, providing feedback and animation guidance.
  • Research and introduce modern animation techniques and tools to improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation.
  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong sense of composition, movement, and visual rhythm.
  • Proven track record of delivering polished, storytelling-driven motion work.
  • Leadership skills, creative initiative, and collaborative approach.
