Senior UX Designer

Description

We are looking for a Visionary Product Designer who goes beyond feature-level thinking. Your goal isn’t just to follow a design system, but to redefine it. You will be responsible for creating innovative, high-level templates and scalable frameworks that set new industry standards for the gambling experience. The position is fully on-site for our Warsaw office. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and build next-generation templates and layouts that can be easily adapted for various themes and regions;
  • Research emerging trends (gamification, immersive UI) and integrate them into our core design templates;
  • Develop high-level information architecture and navigation frameworks that simplify complex user journeys;
  • Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering to ensure your innovative templates are technically feasible and perfectly implemented.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, with a proven track record of building design languages or complex frameworks from scratch;
  • Proven experience in the iGaming or GameDev industry is required;
  • Deep expertise in Atomic Design and building modular, scalable UI architectures;
  • Ability to think in systems, not screens: you create flexible templates that work across multiple products and edge cases;
  • Advanced mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, Variables, Prototyping) and experience in engineering-led design environments;
  • Strong background in strategic market research to identify "blue ocean" design opportunities that competitors haven't explored yet.
  • Architectural thinking: You don’t just solve a task; you create a reusable solution for a class of problems;
  • Pioneering spirit: A desire to break conventions in gambling UI and introduce fresh, intuitive layouts;
  • Strong ability to pitch and justify non-standard design concepts to stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Career growth opportunities in an international and dynamic environment;
  • Opportunity to develop language skills with partial compensation for language courses;
  • Special gifts for birthdays, weddings, and newborns;
  • 20 working days of paid annual vacation, plus paid sick leaves;
  • Office snacks and refreshments;
  • Sports package to support a healthy lifestyle;
  • Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your partner;
  • Comfortable office with great facilities in a prime location;
  • Exciting corporate events, team-building activities, and international company parties.
