The Social Media Manager fully owns the brand's social media presence, developing and executing a thoughtful, high-volume, and high-quality content strategy. This role balances creative innovation and experimentation with stable, efficient operations to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Own social media strategy and execution across all primary channels.
- Develop tailored content that resonates with diverse target audiences and aligns with the brand’s core narrative.
- Translate business goals and marketing priorities into actionable social media plans and content calendars.
- Experiment with new formats, emerging platforms, and deeper storytelling mechanics to keep the brand ahead of trends.
- Contribute to global social strategy through continuous trend insights and competitive benchmarking.
- Propose new content pillars, formats, and campaign ideas to drive engagement.
- Support creative ideation with a strong “out-of-the-box” mindset to differentiate the brand in a crowded digital landscape.
- Prepare and curate content according to the overarching content strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Managers, Copywriters, and Design teams.
- Ensure smooth collaboration and proactive knowledge sharing to align social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance across all social channels and platforms.
- Evaluate the success of experiments based on engagement, reach, and scalability to refine future strategies.
- 5–7+ years of social media or digital content experience. (required)
