System Designer

Description

We are looking for a System Designer to join our team and help build, update, and maintain our design systems. In this role, you will: Create & Update Systems: Develop and continuously update our design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends. Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with other designers—potentially managing and teaching them—to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools. Integrate Feedback: Incorporate new features from the UX team and suggestions from stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems. The role is fully on-site in Warsaw office. Relocation support will be provided if needed.

Responsibilities
  • Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights.
  • Collaborate with analytics to analyze test results and user feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
  • 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts and all the latest updates.
  • Incorporate new features to the Design System as well as adjustments gathered from different sources.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.
  • The candidate should have an engineering mindset, applying systematic, analytical thinking to design and refine scalable, integrated design solutions.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.
