Casino Operations Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Casino Operations Specialist to join our Casino Operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Configure gaming providers accurately and efficiently within internal systems and platforms.
  • Liaise with game providers to develop, expand, and maintain a high-quality gaming portfolio.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve gaming-related issues, escalating where required to ensure minimal disruption to players.
  • Conduct thorough functional and quality-assurance testing of new and existing games prior to release.
  • Support the launch of new game providers, including onboarding, integration validation, and go-live coordination.
  • Perform regular competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of game configurations, releases, and provider communications.
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in iGaming, online casino operations, or a related digital/technology environment.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Practical exposure to API integrations, content management systems, or platform configuration.
  • Working knowledge of JSON configuration and basic coding principles.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party providers, vendors, or external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • University degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (Business, IT, Information Systems, or similar).
