Trading Support Specialist
Description
As a Trading Support Specialist, you'll support our Trading Team by responding to customer inquiries through email, ensuring high service standards for our players while maintaining smooth sports betting operations across all markets. In this role, you'll support all aspects of the trading process while collaborating across multiple teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll also follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and escalate complaints when necessary to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Provide responsive email support to customers, maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels to ensure timely and customer-centric resolution.
- Organise and maintain data to ensure ongoing security and usability of key systems.
- Support all aspects of the trading process, from trading and settlement to manual adjustments, while collaborating with multiple teams and departments to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep knowledge and passion for sports, with a strong understanding of the sports betting industry.
- Ability to think quickly and work efficiently under tight time constraints.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Full-time, in-office role with a commitment to on-site presence with a willingness to work night shifts on occasion.
