Commercial AI Operations Specialist
We’re looking for a Commercial AI Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our commercial operations, with a focus on site management and AI-driven content. You’ll work across placements, tracking, and AI content workflows, ensuring everything is accurately set up, integrated, and performing as expected. This role sits at the intersection of operations and emerging AI workflows, with a strong focus on execution, data quality, and conversion.
- Support the setup and management of tracking, placements, and offers across sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor performance, flag issues impacting conversion, and support testing and rollout of improvements.
- Support the creation, uploading, and integration of AI-generated content across sites.
- Ensure content aligns with placements, works correctly within systems, and contributes to performance.
- Monitor content performance and flag issues where needed.
- Ensure accurate and complete data capture across site placements and partner touchpoints.
- Maintain clean and structured data in CRM and internal systems, and identify gaps that may impact conversion or lifecycle engagement.
- Support partner onboarding and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth account setup and ongoing support.
- Act as a point of contact for operational queries and assist with updates and migrations.
- Execute daily operational tasks across sales and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to improving workflows and overall performance.
- Use and support internal tools, CRM, and back-office platforms.
- Assist with testing and improving systems, ensuring all work aligns with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar operational role
- Experience working with AI-generated content, AI tools, or digital content operations
- High accuracy in tasks affecting site setup, content, and data
- Comfortable working with data, funnels, and performance metrics
- Experience with CRM systems, tracking setups, and internal tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on improving processes
