Regional Head (Nordics)
As Regional Head (Nordics), you’ll lead regional growth across acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue performance. This role combines commercial ownership, audience growth, brand development, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our position across Nordic markets and unlock new opportunities for sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with Content, CRM, SEO, Product, Social, and Studio teams to shape regional strategies, grow engaged audiences, and turn market insights into measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to translate opportunities into impact.
- Own the commercial performance and long-term growth of the Nordics region
- Define and execute regional strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation
- Lead market-specific initiatives across Content, CRM, SEO, Social, and campaigns
- Drive audience growth and strengthen regional brand positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, CRM, SEO, Social, and Studio teams
- Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market trends
- Monitor regional performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Support multimedia, video, and community-focused initiatives to increase engagement
- Ensure alignment between regional priorities and wider business objectives
- Proven experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, media, or regional growth leadership roles
- Strong commercial mindset with experience owning KPIs and business performance
- Solid understanding of SEO, CRM, content, social media, and audience growth strategies
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
