You’ll work closely with the VP of Delivery & Operations and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client Success, and external partners to bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to critical initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional technology, digital delivery, and operational programs

  • Manage client implementations, technical integrations, operational rollouts, product launches, and process improvement initiatives simultaneously
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, and external partners to manage delivery sequencing, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, status reporting, and dependency tracking
  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and trade-offs, driving mitigation plans and resolution paths
  • Act as the primary program lead across Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client Success, and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities and perspectives
  • Ensure smooth handoffs across implementation, launch, operational support, and ongoing delivery
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, serving as a trusted delivery partner
  • Lead structured program cadences including working sessions, executive updates, stakeholder reviews, and operational readiness checkpoints
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, delivery health, operational risks, and critical decisions
  • Support readiness and execution for high-profile launches, live operations, and client-facing events
  • Contribute to improving delivery processes, operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional ways of working
  • Ensure communication is clear, actionable, and tailored appropriately for technical teams, operational stakeholders, executives, clients, and external partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, delivery, operations, or implementation roles (required)
  • Proven experience managing complex technology, digital delivery, and operational programs end-to-end (required)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Client teams, and external partners (required)
  • Strong understanding of software delivery, integrations, implementation workflows, operational execution, and process improvement (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments (required)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills (required)
  • Experience driving alignment across both technical and operational teams (required)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through (required)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating shifting priorities (required)
  • Hands-on operator with a strong bias toward execution and ownership (preferred)
  • Strong business, operational, and technical acumen (preferred)
  • Project leader who drives outcomes rather than simply coordinating tasks (preferred)
  • Structured thinker who brings clarity and organization to complex initiatives (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder manager, able to influence, align, and build trust across internal teams, executives, clients, and external partners (preferred)
  • Confident navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs (preferred)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented (preferred)
  • Calm under pressure, particularly in high-visibility or time-sensitive situations (preferred)
  • Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and working directly within the details of delivery, operations, and execution (preferred)
Benefits
  • Competitive salary
  • Range of benefits
  • Commitment to supporting employee wellbeing
