PE Accountant Team Lead
This role exists to keep Private Entrepreneur (PE/FOP) accounting accurate, compliant, and scalable — while leading a team that can support growth across locations without chaos. You’ll own standards, controls, and operations so the business can move fast with confidence.
- Lead the PE Hub team: workload distribution, performance oversight, forecasting resource needs.
- Define KPIs and PDP metrics; build development plans and knowledge-sharing routines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation changes across jurisdictions.
- Maintain team readiness through updates, internal guidance, and consistent standards.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls over PE accounting operations.
- Provide a full spectrum of accounting services with accuracy and predictability.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of PE reporting approaches and outputs.
- Research new locations, set up workflows, and ensure documentation completeness and accuracy.
- Build scalable processes so expansion doesn’t break quality.
- Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows inside tools/systems.
- 5+ years in accounting/reporting, including supervision of PE activities (FOP/PE).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and PE-related regulations.
- Experience with internal controls and risk management in accounting/tax.
- Ability to manage audits (at least internal; external is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving under tight deadlines; high attention to detail.
- Experience improving processes and leveraging accounting systems/ERPs.
- English B1+; Ukrainian or Russian fluent.
